Kale Lentil (Turkey) Sausage Soup

Ingredients

  • Diced Carrots

  • Diced Celery

  • Chopped Turkey Kielbasa

  • Can of Lentils

  • Chopped Kale

  • Chicken Stock

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Minced Garlic

  • Onion Powder

  • Red Pepper Flakes

  • Tomato Paste


  • Sautee garlic in olive oil then add turkey kielbasa followed by all veggies

  • Let cook for a few min until starts to cook down. Add can of lentils, chicken stock, spices and a few squeezes of tomato paste.

  • Let cook on low heat as long as you like until veggies reach desired tenderness and broth is flavorful (min 20min up to 60min)
