Kale Lentil (Turkey) Sausage Soup

Ingredients
Diced Carrots
Diced Celery
Chopped Turkey Kielbasa
Can of Lentils
Chopped Kale
Chicken Stock
Salt
Pepper
Minced Garlic
Onion Powder
Red Pepper Flakes
Tomato Paste
Sautee garlic in olive oil then add turkey kielbasa followed by all veggies
Let cook for a few min until starts to cook down. Add can of lentils, chicken stock, spices and a few squeezes of tomato paste.
Let cook on low heat as long as you like until veggies reach desired tenderness and broth is flavorful (min 20min up to 60min)
